The Resort at Taos is located next to the former home of Nicolai Fechin, a local community artist and is a short walk to shops and restaurants. Taos in north-central New Mexico has been a thriving artist's community since the early 20th century. One early artist in town was Nicolai Fechin who passionately depicted the local landscape and Native Americans.

The resort amenities include 24-hour front desk, elevator, game room, exercise gym, swimming pool, guests laundry and parking.The resort houses 67 studio, one and two bedroom units. The kitchens in these units consist of an under counter refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, coffee makers and related utensils. All units have decks or patios and air conditioning.The swimming pool is seasonal closed November 1 - April 1 but the spa is open year round.
